Csopak Hegybor, 2019

The most planted grape in Csopak, as in north Balaton area, is Olaszrizling. The Csopak Hegybor (“hill wine”) is a classic mineral-driven Olaszrizling, expressive of the marl and red clay soils of the region. It is fermented spontaneously in stainless steel. Fresh and salty, flavors like green apple, almonds, citrus fruits and salt dominate the palate.
