Unfiltered and unfined Olaszrizling from the vineyard „Slikker”. This is a plot close to the lakeside with red Permian sand soils. Wines coming from this vineyard show a unique character, intense nose and very fine acidity. It was fermented spontaneously and aged for 8 months in stainless steel.
