Sebestyén Winery

Sebestyén is a family winery cultivating 13 hectares of vineyards in the Szekszárd wine region. The main variety is kékfrankos, which is also the backbone of the bikavér blend. Regardless of the vintage the goal is always to harvest the best quality grapes and in order to achieve this the Sebestyéns work with the utmost care in their vineyards. With the single vineyard wines their aim is twofold: to express the character of the wine region and thereby to learn more about it. Top quality vineyards: Iván-völgy, Porkoláb-völgy, Görögszó and Nána. Wines are characterized by zesty acidity, the typical aromas of the cultivated varieties and overall elegance.
